Home Designer Suite Chief Architect – It’s been going on for a long time. I saved my pennies and finally invested in Master Architect’s “Home Designer Software”, which is probably the Rolls Royce of interior design software for the layman.

Their first line is design software for professionals such as architects and designers. This will cost you a lot of money, but it is at a level that will create all the plans and standards necessary for perfect performance.

Their second line, which goes under the “Home Designer Software” banner, is for DIYers. This is what I got. That’s what I’m looking for.

You can design the entire house, every room (including a killer kitchen and bathroom), deck, pool, landscaping, exterior, basement – anything construction related. You can create a hotel, office or shop.

Remember, you get what you pay for. While there are plenty of free interior design software options out there, they won’t produce the kind of designs you get from a master architect’s Home Designer app.

Yes, I recommend it if you’re looking for a premium program (and I’ve used many home software platforms over the years).

Although the world of software is dominated by cloud software and web software, this is not the case. After purchase, you need to go through the download process and install it on your computer.

This is my only complaint. I’m a big fan of cloud software, but this is a small price to pay for quality design software.

This software works on both Mac and PC. I have the Mac version, but don’t worry if you have a PC… you can get a version for that.

After opening the software, you will have the option to start from scratch with a new design, or you can start from a template (click on “New Design”). If you have existing plans, you can open them from the folder provided (Open Plans and Open Folder). Here is a screenshot:

It’s one thing to put together a 2D pattern, another to see it in all its glory in gorgeous 3D.

While there is no doubt that this software can do much more than many on the market (albeit at a higher level), it is also worth mentioning the quality, sharpness, detail and clarity of the 3D rendering that Home Designer Software produces. none.

As I said above, you get what you pay for. Since you have to pay for this software, the plus is good support in many ways.
