ONLY use a standard cloth tape measure. Do not pull the tape too hard; it should be strong enough to stay in place.

Waist measurement Standing, bending to the side. Curve your natural back. Stand up straight and bring your heels together. Place the measuring tape around your waist. Hip measurement Stand with your heels together and your arms at your sides. Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips. Once you’ve taken your measurements, refer to the designer’s size chart for your garment. Designers’ sizing charts show the approximate measurements we use to make each size. Compare your measurements with the size chart to determine the correct size. If you cannot match your exact measurements to all three sizes listed on the designer’s size chart, we recommend ordering a larger size. Remember, parts can be placed inside, but getting them out depends on the seams being too tight in most cases.
