Candy Jar Ideas For Home

1. Cut the card or tag into a leaf shape. If you are using cardboard, use a hole punch to punch holes in the top of the leaf. Write a sweet word on the leaf. We use: “Life is Sweet”, “Okay” and “Sweets for Sweets”

2. Place a piece of tape in the hole and fasten it to the edge of the pan lid frame. You don’t need a flat cover, just a screw-on part.
This idea is great for your foyer or kitchen and can even be moved throughout the season to match every holiday decor. Luckily, all those brightly colored sweets will see you through summer without a hitch.
If you don’t want guests to eat the candy and it’s more of a display decoration, I recommend leaving the labels and adding a painted lid or cut colored paper to the top of each jar. Either way, you have bright spring mason jar decor that will transform that old candy cane and make your home inviting and fun! Once you have all of your supplies, start spray painting the mason jar lid. Once dry, glue your decoration to the top of the lid. Then fill the jar with candy, close the lid and tie a ribbon around the lid. If your lid is too thin or too big, you can also tie a ribbon around the lip of the jar.
