We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Most shipments are made by courier service. It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of your order, if you have entered an incorrect address we are not obliged to send the order to the correct address at our expense. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by late delivery. Orders can take between 1-7 business days; in most cases orders are dispatched the next day, although we always try to get it to you as quickly as possible. We always do our best to provide customers with products on time. In the event that delivery is delayed, you agree that late delivery will not constitute a breach of our Agreement and will not entitle you to cancel your order. We will do our best to investigate any of the above unfortunate events.
Our company policy excludes all liability for any loss or damage, including non-delivery. If the package is delivered to a home address, and no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will be left in a secure location on the premises. Therefore, a business address is the best option for delivery.
Insurance option Insurance is an option if you want to pay an additional fee, if the insurance is not selected AUTHORITY TO DEPARTURE. Our company excludes all liability for any loss, damage or non-delivery if you do not choose insurance.

What can be returned? All returns considered can be returned if they are in resalable condition (unopened and unused). This excludes hair extensions for hygiene reasons. Returns if you change your mind are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility if they change their mind. For faulty goods, contact us first by phone or email. When should the items be returned? Please tell us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving the goods. Where must the items be returned? All returns should be sent to Unit 5/165 Rookwood Rd Yagoona NSW 2199. How do customers return items? All items must be properly packaged to prevent damage and include a copy of the purchase receipt. Return shipping? For returns that have changed their mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to Hair and Beauty Kingdom Pty Ltd. Changed orders will also incur a 20% restocking fee.
